An immersive experience through visual art, faithful reflection, story telling of those seeking refuge and immigrant Advocacy Session| 'From Fear to Action' is an invitation to us a Christians to stand with the the immigrants community with compassionate and action
as we advocate for their needs. (Matt 25:35-40)
Engage with Powerful Art: Experience Mathenge’s 7 original masterpieces from the How Great Thou Art series, reflecting his seven-year inward journey as an asylum seeker across three continents.
Creating a meaningful Art Together: Add your own brushstrokes to a collaborative mural, symbolizing Jesus as the light of welcome.
Hearing Inspiring Stories: Connect with asylum seekers as they share their journeys of resilience and hope.
Reflecting and taking Action: Engage in moments of prayer and learn how you can support asylum seekers through the OpenDoor Initiative and through the SCOP advocacy effort..
